Once an order is placed, it is then processed, packed and the shipment is dispatched within the next 24-hours through our trusted delivery partners.

An email is sent to the customer with the shipment tracking details and the invoice of the purchase.

It takes us 3-5 business days from the day of dispatch to deliver the product to our customer.

We currently deliver within India to approximately 13000 Pin codes across almost 2000 cities through renowned and trusted logistic partners.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Email us at info@blazingsport.com mentioning your Order ID.

We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Our policy lasts 10 days. From the date of delivery you have complete 10 days to return the product back in case you are not satisfied with it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged with all brand labels and tags intact and uncut. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We will arrange a pick-up for you. All that needs to be done is mentioned below:

• Please write to us at info@blazingsport.com regarding the return request and do mention the reason for the return.
• We shall send you the details of your pick-up on the email.
• You have to keep the package securely packed with the details of order on it and ready before the pick-up boy comes to your doorstep.
• Your pickup will be done in 2-3 days

*Shipping Charges and COD charges charged at time of placing the order is non- refundable.

Please note the following:

• The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. Please also put a note mentioning your order number and your name so that we know that its your package when we receive it.
• We try hard to accept all returns. Returns would be treated as valid only if all seals, labels and bar codes are intact and as long as they’re securely packed. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box only.
• Once your return is received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 10 days.

• You can raise cancellation request for items or orders by writing to us at info@blazingsport.com
• After submitting the cancellation request and being accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation mail and the refund details to the registered e-mail address.
• If the order is already shipped, we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can refuse to accept the shipment and the amount will be refunded to your account.
• Full amount shall be refunded to you i.e along with shipping charges if any to your bank account
